so i haven't mentioned it yet, but i finally hired an analyst to join my team so i've been pretty busy training him up the past few weeks (hence the delayed posts). not to mention, i've also been spending my free time planning our upcoming trip to NZ.
it's going to be a little quiet ... but will be back soon :)
