the redfin listing went pending today!

best: we celebrated with prosecco and sparkling rose over a low key dinner at spasso. it's been some time since we've had their chicken liver mousse, which is always a treat, and they had a special pork meatball which was bursting with intensity. i'm not sure what was in there, but possibly some salsiccia and herbs - small, but tasty. i miss being walking distance from these restaurants.

worst: it was so cold today that it started to flurry in the morning. last snow is yet to come it seems.
