so bummed

feeling so bummed ...

after some more in depth research online, i learned that the milford track is a bit too dangerous to hike in the off season when we'll be visiting new zealand. i'm adventurous, but the thought of losing my life (or kevin's) to an avalanche or icy river is not worth it.

at times like this, i wish i had something/someone to blame, but i know inside it's just the luck of the draw. but whyyy ... and what are the chances of actually going back?

i know i know, #firstworldproblem, but still i feel like sulking for a bit. big sadface ...
