lululemon seawheeze 13.1 training

kevin and i have been a bit under the weather for the last few weeks. that, combined with a decent amount of laziness, i haven't been running consistently, as evidenced in this blog. hopefully that changes starting this weekend because i am finally feeling less congested and, more urgently, we have just two weeks to go before the lululemon seawheeze half marathon which i was so excited for when we initially registered!

we got out for a couple short runs this weekend - definitely not enough to whip us into shape for the upcoming 13.1, but hopefully a start which will gain momentum and help us build mileage in the next two weeks. 

eek, couldn't manage to run more than 5 miles, partly due to the warm 70s weather and partly due to muscle atrophy.
